The Board of Advisors provides the N4 Solutions executive leadership team with counsel and advice on company operations, growth initiatives, and financial matters. Our Board members consist of proven industry executives and former Federal government officials. We present our Board of Advisors members below, listed in alphabetical order.
Ms. Shubhangi Ambardekar
Ms. Shubhangi Ambardekar is a principal/co-founder of Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Dash Group, Inc (DGI). Prior to DGI, Ms. Ambardekar spent 36 years serving in progressive growth and leadership positions with Honeywell Aerospace and predecessor companies (AlliedSignal and Bendix Field Engineering Corporation). During her 36 years of experience in senior management positions, Ms. Ambardekar cultivated strong relationships with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC), NASA Headquarters, and the industry leaders. Ms. Ambardekar's aerospace customer experience also includes the other NASA Centers, the National Oceanic and Atmosphere Administration (NOAA), the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, and other Department of Defense (DoD) customers.
Mr. Joseph Broadwater
Mr. Joseph Broadwater has over 40 years of government and private-industry experience in support of civil space and U.S. national security organizations. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Broadwater served as a General Manager and Vice President of the Space Group at Vencore, Inc., in which he oversaw programs for NASA, the U.S. Air Force, and the Intelligence Community. Before joining Vencore, Mr. Broadwater was the General Manager of the Aerospace Operations and Systems Business Unit at QinetiQ North America. Mr. Broadwater also held executive leadership positions with Science Application International Corporation (SAIC) and International Business Machines (IBM). Prior to starting his career in the private sector, Mr. Broadwater spent 25 years supporting the Intelligence Community as a Senior Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Officer assigned to the National Reconnaissance Office.
Mr. Gilberto Del Valle
Mr. Del Valle recently retired from the NASA GSFC after a 34-year career with the Agency. Prior to his departure from GSFC, Mr. Del Valle served in the capacity of Senior Procurement Analyst/Small Business Specialist. In this capacity, Mr. Del Valle participated in several procurements as a member of Source Selection Boards, and helped promote small business participation in GSFC’s acquisition activities. Additionally, during his tenure at GSFC, Mr. Del Valle supported some of NASA’s largest programs, including the Hubble Space Telescope and the International Space Station.
Mr. Terence Raley
Mr. Raley is the Senior Vice President of Contracts and Procurement for AECOM’s $1B federal business. In this role, Terry leads the Contracts, Procurement and Pricing Departments and is responsible general management and performance of these organizations. Previously, he led the Contracts and Procurement Departments for AECOM Management Services Group, a $4B federal business that was sold in January 2020 (now called Amentum). Prior to AECOM, Terry held numerous leadership positions responsible for contracts, procurement, pricing, and operations for various government contractors spanning over 35 years. His prior positions included Vice President of Contracts at DynCorp Systems & Solutions, a $1B IT company; Vice President of Contracts at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) Federal Sector, a $6B IT company; and Director of Operations for numerous IT, State & Local Business and Healthcare Divisions within CSC.
Mr. Michael Reilly (Emeritus)
Mr. Reilly is former senior NASA executive with an excellent record of performance in technically complex strategic, program and operations, and business development management. He served at NASA Headquarters for 33 years, in several senior management (Senior Executive Service) positions. Mr. Reilly primarily served as the Deputy Associate Administrator for the Human Exploration and Operations Mission Directorate, responsible for all business and administrative management operations for the Space Shuttle, International Space Station, Expendable Launch Vehicles, and Tracking and Data Relay Satellite Systems Programs. He also developed and managed the first Agency-wide Institutional Management Office; providing management and resources for assuring the technical vitality of the NASA infrastructure to support all NASA missions and programs.
